Directions For Use:
- Instil 1 – 2 drops into each eye. 3 to 4 times daily or as needed.
- Discard contents 4 week after opening.
Active Ingredient:
Distilled with hazel 5%, Boric Acid 1.3%, Borax 0.3%
Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01%
Caution:
If you experience severe eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eyes, discontinue use and consult medical practitioner.
