Directions For Use:
- Apply to a variety of device.
- Twist off the protection cap and save it.
- After use, discard lancet in puncture-resistant container.
Cautions:
- Do not use lancet if protective cap has been previously removed.
- Do not reuse lancets.
- Do not store lancets in lancing devices.
