Blackmores Bio ACETM Plus is a formula containing Vitamin A, C, E, B1, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, zinc, selenium and grape seed. Pollutants, sun, stress, poor diet, alcohol and some medications can cause our bodies to overproduce free radicals which can harm the body.

Antioxidants act as ‘free-radical scavengers’. Free radicals are common in the body, arising through a variety of mechanisms. Some are generated in the body as part of normal energy-producing processes, some are generated by pollutants such as air pollution, and some are generated by lifestyle factors such as excess dietary fats, cigarette smoke, and alcohol ingestion. Many of these free radicals are dealt with by the body’s own antioxidant defenses. Some free radicals, however, escape these defenses, and tend to accumulate. Research suggests that this accumulation of free radicals can harm the body.

Vitamin A (Retinyl acetate) 5000 IU Vitamin B1 (Thiamine nitrate) 12 mg Vitamin B5 (Calcium pantothenate) 100 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 41.1 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 100 mcg Vitamin C 500 mg Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate) 100 IU Zinc (from Zinc sulfate monohydrate) 15 mg Folic acid 400 mcg Selenium (from Sodium selenite) 50 mcg Grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera) 5 mg Equiv. to dry seed 600 mg Equiv. to procyanidins 4.25 mg No added yeast, gluten, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners.
Dosage
Adults – Take 1 tablet a day with a meal.
Keep out of reach of children.This product contains an ingredient of bovine origin.Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
