Direction For Use:
Use a cold compress if necessary. Unroll 20 to 30cm of bandage and stretch around affected area. Wrap bandage under tension covering each turn by half a turn. Make the final turn without tension covering the last turn. Press and hold for a few seconds. If bandage is too tight, unwind and reposition until comfortable.
