Active ingredients
Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate dihydrate 500 mg) 37.4 mg No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners.
Dosage
Adults – Take 2 tablets three times a day with a meal or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Children 6 – 12 years – Take 2 tablets once daily with a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
